1 killed, 2 injured in crash

An 18-year-old woman was killed and two other people injured Sunday afternoon in a two-vehicle car crash near Interstate 275 in Canton Township, Wis., authorities said. The accident occurred on westbound Michigan Avenue near Interstate 275, police said.

The driver of one of the vehicles was taken to St. Joseph’s Mercy Hospital in Ypsilanti, Wis., where she later died, authorities said. A 15-year-old male passenger in her vehicle was also injured in the accident, authorities said. The 45-year-old driver of the other vehicle was injured in the crash as well, authorities said.
