Douglas Swanson practices primarily out of the Waukesha office. He also handles cases out of all southeastern Wisconsin offices. He is a shareholder with the law firm and his practice involves personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, contractor negligence, nursing home incidents, products liability, boating accidents, slip and falls, injuries caused by dogs, and land owner liability. He was certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Specialist as a result of his extensive trial experience. He has tried numerous cases throughout Wisconsin. Mr. Swanson is also very active in the local legal community. He has also been a very active member in the Waukesha County legal community as evidenced by his involvement in the Waukesha County Bar Association, where he currently holds the office of President. He has given many presentations regarding the law and safety related issues at local high schools and other community organizations.
