Two men were taken to Black River Memorial Hospital after a train hit a semi tractor-trailer in Jackson County, Wis., authorities said. Police said the train dragged the semi about 100 yards down the tracks. The 41-year-old man was driving the 18-wheeler across the tracks when it was hit by the train, authorities said, which was going about 25 miles per hour.

The semi driver and the train’s engineer were both treated and released from the hospital, authorities said. It took about eight hours for crews to clean up the crash, authorities said.
