According to the Wood County Sheriff’s Department accident report, Anderson’s motorcycle crashed into the driver’s side of Walker’s car after Walker suddenly pulled in front of the bike from a stop sign on Highway 73 South. Anderson, who was not wearing a helmet, was declared dead at the scene of the crash before emergency medical respondents of ThedaStar Air had a chance to arrive. Walker received tickets for failure to yield the right of way, driving without a valid license, and driving without insurance. Investigation of the incident continues.
