A drunk driver injured himself and two other people last week after he collided with a vehicle head-on while driving the wrong way down Highway 41 and County Highway BB. The accident occurred Wednesday night in Appleton.

The driver and passenger of the oncoming car were transported to Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah. The 32 year-old driver suffered minor injuries, but his 31 year-old passenger had to be flown to Froedert Hospital in Milwaukee due to his life-threatening injuries.

The drunk driver suffered minor injuries but was able to flee from the scene. After he was found by police, he was charged with hit-and-run causing bodily harm, drunk driving, and driving without a license causing bodily harm.
