Driver arrested for felony drunk driving

A 39 year-old Franklin man is behind bars at the Milwaukee County Jail after he was arrested for his fourth drink driving offense in less than five years. The man was also caught driving with a suspended license in Greendale Thursday night.

Officers say when they pulled over the impaired driver he admitted to driving erratically to lose them. His blood alcohol content was measured at 0.16 after failing field sobriety tests, the Greendale Patch reports.

The driver faces up to six-and-a-half years in jail and a $10,000 fine for driving while intoxicated, driving with a prohibited alcohol content, and driving with a suspended license.
