Plymouth woman arraigned at Fon du Lac court

On Thursday, October 24th, Laurie Garcia of Plymouth, Wisconsin made her appearance in Fon du Lac court for her involvement in the August 14th car accident that killed 53-year-old Katherine Fee. Garcia is being accused of causing the accident that forced Fees car off of the road near the town of Forest.

At her arraignment, 51-year-old Garcia pleaded not guilty to charges of homicide by negligent use of a motor vehicle before Judge Dale English. District Attorney Scott Mortier predicts that the jury trial will last for about four days.
