Wausau car accident caused by cellphone-using driver

The vehicle the perpetrator ran into subsequently collided with the next car in line. Local firefighters said one individual was hospitalized due to the crash. Traffic was temporarily rerouted northbound on Grand Avenue. According to Captain Ben Bliven, the man was the fourth offender of the ban on using  mobile devices while driving since its inception in February.
