Dane County crash kills one

The single passenger in a Dane County car accident was killed on June 14, the Journal Sentinel reported.

Two people, whose identities were not disclosed at the time of the report, occupied the car that experienced a devastating one-vehicle accident in the Town of Berry. Reports from the Dane County Sheriff’s Department stated that the passenger was killed and the driver sustained severe injuries. He was flown to a hospital in Madison for critical treatment.

It is suspected that alcohol contributed to the crash. The possibly intoxicated driver lost control of the vehicle on Martinsville Road, near High Rise Road. According to police investigators, the driver was likely traveling at excess speed. Because of this, the person was unable to complete a turn, causing the car to veer off the highway and crash into a tree.

The attorneys at Habush Habush & Rottier send their deepest condolences to the friends and family suffering from this great loss.
