21-year-old dies in Burlington vehicular accident

A two-vehicle collision that occurred along the Burlington Bypass near South Pine Street in the Town of Burlington, Wisconsin last Tuesday, September 23 at around 6:50 p.m. resulted in the death of one man and left another injured, a news release issued last Wednesday, September 23 by the Racine County Sheriff’s Office showed.

Twenty-one-year-old Town of Burlington resident Tyler Brott was killed at the scene of the accident while a 55-year-old man sustained serious but not life-threatening injuries. The injured man was airlifted to Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa for treatment of his wounds.

According to preliminary investigations, Brott had been driving an automobile when his vehicle collided with a pickup truck, driven by a yet-to-be publicly identified man. The impact resulted in one vehicle flipping over and the other one catching fire.
