Delafield two-vehicle collision kills one

A two-vehicle rollover crash on Monday, May 2 on Highway 16 in Delafield, Wisconsin killed 76-year-old Berlin resident Paul Parsons, injured three other people, and shut down traffic at Highway 83 and westbound Highway 16 for several hours.

According to preliminary investigations made by the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department, a 30-year-old Waukesha resident lost his grip on the steering wheel of his vehicle, causing him to strike Parsons’ pickup truck. Parsons was airlifted via Flight for Life to Froedert Hospital in Milwaukee County where he later succumbed to his fatal injuries. The two children who were injured were passengers in Parsons’ vehicle, but there relationship to the driver remained unclear.

The attorneys at Habush Habush & Rottier realize how devastating and unexpected a death by a car accident often proves. Our thoughts are with the family of Mr. Parsons as they mourn the loss of their loved one.
